Work order line TOW

Damage-free towing and roadside help

Ultimate Towing runs wheel-lift and flatbed trucks for light and medium duty vehicles, local or long distance, and the car goes straight into our own bays.

Chapter 01

Breakdowns, no-starts and stuck vehicles

Breaking down on a street or a highway shoulder is stressful, and the first job is getting the vehicle and everyone in it somewhere safe. Ultimate Towing handles the situations that put you there: a car that will not start, a battery that gave out in a parking lot, keys locked inside, a flat with no spare, a vehicle that slid off the pavement and needs a winch to come back.

Several of those are not tow jobs at all. Call and say what happened. If a jump-start, a lockout or a tire change gets you moving, that is what the truck does, and if the car has to come in, it comes in without a scratch added to it.

Wheel lift, flatbed, light and medium duty

The trucks are wheel-lift and flatbed, and the right one depends on the vehicle. A wheel lift suits many cars. A flatbed is the safer ride for a low sports car, an all-wheel-drive vehicle or anything with damage that stops a wheel from turning, and damage-free is the standard we hold either way.

Light and medium duty trucks are covered as well as cars, and towing runs local or long distance. Tell the person who answers where the vehicle is, where it needs to go and what kind of vehicle it is, and we send the right truck for the job.

Chapter 03

From the tow truck straight into the bay

A tow that ends in a parking lot leaves you to start over. Ours ends at a full repair shop: 8,000 square feet with three large bays that fit RVs and buses, so the vehicle goes straight in and a technician can begin diagnosis without another phone call or a second tow.

If you are stranded without a ride, ask about the courtesy shuttle and about vehicle pickup and delivery. A free vacation car check comes with any service, and financing is available through Synchrony and Snap Finance if the repair turns out bigger than planned. The shop is staffed Monday to Friday 7 AM to 9 PM and Saturday 7 AM to 6 PM, with a mechanic on duty for most breakdowns in those hours.

A flatbed, unloading

This is the job as it looks from the lot: a car lowered off the bed and rolled out, no dragging and no dents. The ticket beside it lists what the trucks handle.
